Emery and Tag were linked together years ago when the love of Tagâs life, Randi, who was also the older cousin to Emery is killed in a car wreak. Both were changed forever but fast forward years later to when Emery and Tag cross paths again. Emery is now a young woman looking to further her art education in San Francisco where she has found out Tag, who used to be know as Cole, is now living and working. Emery dreamed of meeting Tag and finding out what her cousinâs last moments on earth where like from Tag. Tag doesnât recognize Emery now that she is no longer 12 years old and strikes-up a friendship with her and her young son Randy. The more Emery gets to know Tag, the harder it gets to reveal who she is.
Lost and Found was an emotional book with a lot of friendship, love, and emotion. The story sucked me right in. I keep pulling for Emeryâs and Tagâs relationship to survive the lies of omission and immense guilt and of course, the tragic loss all the characters experience at some time through-out this story. I read Lost and Found as a stand-alone. I could tell there was a previous story with some of the characters mentioned in Lost and Found but didnât think interfered with the story in this book. â
